Asbestos Management Plan

An Asbestos Management Plan is part of the mandatory requirements under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. All non-domestic premises are, by law, to have an asbestos management plan. KH Asbestos Investigations Ltd can produce this plan for you from existing asbestos survey reports and asbestos registers.

We can also develop corporate asbestos management plans for larger organisations where multiple sites are owned or managed. This involves close liaison and consultation with the client in order to produce a document that fulfils the mandatory obligations under the Control of Asbestos Regulations and is totally acceptable to the client.

It must be acknowledged that the standard of some asbestos management surveys offered elsewhere, are well below the industry standard that should be accepted. At KH Asbestos Investigations Ltd our experienced Consultants are committed to providing a fully comprehensive appraisal to ensure the information within your plan sufficiently meets your requirements.

Your Asbestos Register must be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure the safe management of any asbestos identified during the survey and correctly updated following any asbestos removal or remediation. Failure to keep the Register up to date could result in additional time and costs, managing an asbestos risk which does not exist.
